Recent Developments

We have some major new developments on the Ellison front. Read closely, this is very, very important...
  • She LOVES to say MA-MA! (To be determined if she knows who ma-ma is, but we will pretend that she does - for my sake - gotta take what I can get)

  • Another big one, we have FOUR, yes 4, new teeth.

  • She loves to clap her hands together.

  • She loves to dance. Ok, now I probably need to explain this last one... she loves to flail her arms about in a very excited manner either to music or while mimicking her Aunt Kim. (Video will surely follow- for now some cute pictures from this morning)

Sorry about that.

My first week back at school, left me with little energy to blog. Good news... I still had energy to take some pictures.

Counting down the days...

Today, I go back to school and Graham goes back to work. Boo. It was ALL so much fun while it lasted. By all, I mean, Christmas vacation, our trip to Beech, dinners with the family, cooking, cleaning, the Gators winning the National Championship, no homework, putting E to bed 7 days a week, and finishing up some much needed house projects (Graham no longer has his own bathroom, it has be girlified). I just hope Spring semester flies by. I am counting down the days until Summer break.

Uncle Tim

This past Saturday, we went out to dinner with our Best Buddy, Tim. Initially Ellison and Tim were weary of eachother. I blame Tim for this... he was a bit hesitant to get near her. However, as she has grown and become "less fragile," Tim has fallen head over heels for the Little "E". He is definitely the Uncle that comes over and "winds" up the child, and then leaves for the evening.
We love Uncle Tim!

Hello Mommy

This morning, Ellison waved! She has been doing a backward wave for the past few weeks, however, this morning we had a full on, frontward wave. So very cute!

Super Girl!

News Alert!
Ellison is standing without hands. It all started two nights ago when we were playing together and she stood up holding onto me, turned around in excitement and took two steps to her toy all by herself! Tonight, we were playing again, and Ellison would hold onto me then let go and stand up. Unlike two nights ago, tonight she knew exactly what she was doing. Each time she would stand for a few seconds and then fall to the ground with absolute excitement at her own accomplishment. Video is sure to follow.

Say It's Great to be a Florida Gator!

Florida Gators 24 - Oklahoma 14

While Daddy was in Miami cheering on the Gators as they claimed their third National Championship, Mommy and I watched the game with Grandpa, Grandma and Aunt Kim (oh yes, and Lily)...
"Grandpa, is it game time yet?"

"Lily, the game is on... FOCUS."

"Come on Tebow, you can do it!"

(Tim is her hero, she tells me every day)

"That was a close one, I am pretty exhausted."
