Mountain Time

A few weeks into school and we loaded up the car and headed to NC.  The main reason for our trip was Nana and Howard's wedding.  However, we added in a few extra days for some family fun.

Since we had just left the mountains to start school, I asked each child for their "have to do" item.  Ellison said pick blueberries and Dylan wanted to hit their favorite park.  Check and Check - easy.

About My Three Year Old

Hello Threes!

This may be Dylan's fourth year at All Saints School, but that didn't hold him back from being excited for his first day of Threes.  His sister asked if she could please come to drop him off today.  I am so glad I said yes. Their conversation in the car and walk in was so precious.  Dylan explained to Ellison that he is now upstairs and "with the big kids".  She then explained that he was going to have a great year.

About My First Grader

On a side note... I have never ordered my kids to clean up and then plopped myself on the couch.  May have to start and see how that goes for me.  Maybe I will have better luck and they will actually clean?

Hello First Grade

Hello First Grade!  Ellison was very excited to head out the door on Monday morning.  I have a feeling this is going to be a wonderful year!

End of Summer - Final Summer Camp Performances

Ellison and Dylan had a blast for their final week of summer camp.  Ellison enjoyed a theater camp at Orlando Rep and Dylan enjoyed gymnastics camp at Legacy.  On Friday, we were able to enjoy two fun performances as a finale to our summer camp fun.

NC Fun

The kids had a blast in NC.  My short visit to pick them up was filled with beautiful days, outdoor activities, and lots of smiles.  A few photos from all of the fun.
The infamous ducks that haunt Graham in his dreams.

They love to play in this creek.
