D-O-G
This morning, Graham, Ellison and I were talking to our neighbor, Bob and his dog, Blue, when I noticed that Ellison was pointing to Blue and saying "D-a-a-w". It all of the sudden hit us that Ellison has been saying "D-O-G" for a while. Sure enough, all day she has been pointing to Ali and saying "D-a-a-w". Also, Ali has started to sleep in Ellison's room at night... to guard her... so sweet.

Uncle Art teaches
Uncle Art taught Ellison to say Apple. Well she actually says "App", but again, we will take it.
Aunt Kim's Diagnosis
Aunt Kimberly just diagnosed Ellison as having an Attachment Disorder N.O.S. (Not Otherwise Specified). In other words... Ellison would not go to her and preferred me today! Ha ha.

Happy 9 months!
Stats:
29.75 inches (over 100th percentile)
20lbs 11 oz (75th percentile)

Ellison is 9 months today! One question... where has the time gone? One answer... SO FAST! So what is she doing right now, well...
- Learning to walk (will take a few steps when not thinking about it)
- Saying Ga-Ga, Goo-Goo and Ba-Ba (adding on to previous sounds)
- Will Growl when making the sounds of a Bear
- Clapping all of the time
- Waving Good-Bye
- Pointing at everything
- Plays a mean game of Peek-a-Boo
- Plays splish-splash in the tub

One Baby + One Baby = TWO Babies
We are really excited to share the wonderful news...
Jason, Cathy and Jack welcomed Anna Susan Whiteman into this world. Graham and I are so excited for them, and would like to pose the following question:
WHO IS NEXT? Thoughts?

Trip to St. Pete

Haley Munson

Elliott CurtisThis weekend, we headed to St. Pete to visit with family and friends and enjoy a little bit of the Super Bowl action. Our weekend was filled with playdates in the park. It is funny how things change once you have children.
Saturday, we met the Curtis clan at the park. Spencer and Jessica have an adorable son, Carter, who gave Graham some Wii Mario Cart tips... Thanks, Carter! We are hoping that with Carter's tips, Graham can now beat Bebop. They also have a precious daughter, Elliott (Elle Belle), who was born three weeks after Ellison (pictured above). After the park, we headed over to the Celebrity Flag Football game. We ran into John Simon at the game, but did not get the chance to visit much (Austin was very busy coordinating the Super Bowl festivities). It was fun to watch all of the celebrities. Ellison slept throughout... I guess she does not find Brody Jenner or Penn Badgley cute. Not surprising... if Tim Tebow was there, she would have stayed awake.
Saturday night, Grandpa Hobart spent the evening with Ellison and Graham and I went out. We had a wonderful dinner with Kelly and Bebop, who will welcome in 6 short weeks a baby girl, Kyley Erin Williams. We then hit the bars and met up with Wobbles and Jen and then Mike. We had a great time, and as always I had to pull Graham away from his friends and drag him home early (is 2am early?).
On Sunday, we spent some time with Great Grandma Ruthie and then hit the park with the Munsons. Haley Munson is so sweet, and is becoming quite the chubbette (in a purely adorable way). It was a great weekend!
