Ellison had a field trip to Publix last week.  I have to give Publix kuddos for creating an entertaining experience for both parents and kids.  Afterall, most of us shop at Publix on an extremely routine basis, so the thought of a field trip to Publix was not overly exciting.  However, on this trip we learned how to get a balloon off the ceiling (without a ladder), how to decorate a cake, cut a pineapple, and just how cold the freezer in the back is (brrrr).
